Who I Am
I am a seminary-trained, experienced pastor having served across a variety of ministry settings. I was on a staff team that relocated our church to a new 100 acre campus with an investment of over $30,000,000. By God's supernatural work we accomplished it debt free. This experience caused my phone to ring and it has not stopped ringing for nearly 30 years.

Therefore, we focus on creating a custom path helping people take their next big step toward fulfilling the vision God is presenting through his leaders. No canned approach. No rinse and repeat from the last client I served. No high pressure fundraising tactics. Your leaders, your church, and your culture are the fuel.

It starts with a free phone call for us to get to know each other. I will help you assess readiness, timing, and capacity. We will also discover if we are a good match. My pricing plan is flexible so I have been able to serve small town churches to multi-campus mega-churches.
